Project Executive for Bahrain

We have an immediate requirement of a Project Executive - Furniture Division, Location: Bahrain. Please find the details below-

Key Responsibilities

To generate new enquiries with Ministries, institutions, construction projects (Residential & office)
To collect advance / full payment for projects
To achieve sales targets
To prepare early stage budgets, time-lines and costing for projects, in conjunction with the Project Team Leader

To carry out regular visits to clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers to be abreast with the latest upcoming projects
To execute confirmed projects
To undertake regular visits to clients, contractors, consultants and interior designers to keep abreast of latest upcoming projects
To undertake regular site-supervision and co-ordinate with project team for the smooth execution of the projects

To manage current and upcoming projects and maintain projects data base
To source new business opportunities, devise and implement a marketing plan for the team.
To prepare quotations, product brochures and presentation boards for distribution to projects
To maintain good business relationships with key personnel of private, corporate and government sectors
The deal with any customer complaints arising over the implementation of projects

Essential:
National Diploma in related field with 3-5 years experience in retail sales
Courteous attitude
Computer literate

Desirable:
Higher National Diploma with experience of interior design
Autocad, 3D Max

We are looking for suitable candidates with a valid GCC driving license and the salary will be BD 400 + HRA BD 100 + Incentives
