Sales Executive for Oman

A Reputed 45 year old company with long history in selling Multi-brand HVAC systems in all categories from Hi Wall Splits, Package, Cassettes, Ducted, Free standing, VRF, to Chillers

JOB TITLE: Sales Executive Engineer (YORK Chillers)

DEPARTMENT:Oman Air Conditioning Company (OACC)

RESPONSIBLE TO Sales Manager / DGM

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

B.Tech/BE in Mechanical
At least 5 years of active experience in sales position and in particular sales of ESG Products -Chiller Sales Experience preferable in York or any other reputable Brand
Good Knowledge of market segments, price positioning, and competitors
Experience in tendering and quotations preparation 
Excellent negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities:

To generate enquiries, making proposals, attending techno commercial negotiations, order closures, payment collection and continuously contact leading consultants, contractors, and developers.
To achieve sales targets as required by the Sales Manager according to annual Business Plans and budgets 
To maintain and develop new and existing customers and to generate leads through the management of existing customer relationships and through frequent cold calling procedures 
To carry out professional site surveys, and deliver complete and technically accurate product quotations
To liaise with the internal sales teams, installation teams and administrative teams 
Follows up with service / maintenance / and warrantees 
To be aware and report on competitor activity, including market trends
Carry out product selections, Material Approval Sheet (MAS) submittals, and technical specifications, compliance statements etc 
Contribute to other marketing and sales programs including training, market surveys, and product development and support
Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Commit to travel throughout sales territory
Conform to ISO 9001:2008 requirements as applicable and any other related reasonable request as assigned by superiors.
Someone with extensive Chiller Sales experience-MUST
He'd be selling whole range of York products with focus on all types of Chiller Sales and other products
Preference to GCC candidates - due to local market understanding and driving license
Good communication and strong Sales personality with stability and Johnson's Controls relevant York experience would be a bonus
