Job Description :  
- 12+ years of experience in training consulting role
 - Worked with teams on large and dynamic projects 
- 2-3 bank clients experience
- Project Management experience 
- Content Development experience 
- L&D solutions experience 
- Master trainer experience and training of Senior Management levels 
- ERP training and implementation experience 
- Experience of running academy in large organizations 
- Consulting level presentation creation skills and skills to make presentations to the excom team of the client 
- Preferred International exposure 
- Very good verbal communication skills (Mother Tongue influence strongly discouraged) 
- Post-graduation/ MBA qualification required 
- Age 35-40 years 
- Willing to stay in Nigeria on a non-family posting for atleast 2 years 
- Will be responsible for handling a team of atleast 15 consultants in due course.

Salary :  USD 3500 (NEGOTIABLE)
