Cook/ Chef for Restaurant in Mauritius

Cook Oriental Cuisine
    * To assist the senior chef to handle the production requirement.

    * To handle independently, the production in the absence of senior chef for a 50 seater restaurant with live cooking facilities.
      * Should have 3-5 years of experience of oriental/ south east Asian cooking.

      * Should have knowledge of Indonesian, Malaysian, Singapore, Burmese ,Cambodian Cuisines.
      Senior Cook/ Chef Oriental Cuisine
          * To be capable of menu design, development, training and grooming his understudy and other junior team members.

          *To be capable of leading the kitchen team and independently handling production for a 50 seater restaurant with live cooking facility
            *Should 5-6 years of experience in oriental/ south east Asian cooking.
            *Should have knowledge of Indonesian, Malaysian, Singapore, Burmese ,Cambodian Cuisines is required
            *Should have experience working with 3-4 star property.
