B.E. Mechanical and Post Graduate in Construction Management with atleast 5 yrs of experience in HVAC Planning works for major buildings.
Candidate should have knowledge in planning & scheduling the projects using Primavera P6.
Preference will be given to candidates having Gulf experience.
Candidate will be working site base on Bachelor status.


Planning Engineer / Sr Planning Engineer - MEP
B.E. Electrical and Post Graduate in Construction Management with atleast 5 yrs of experience in MEP Planning activities on major building projects.
Candidate should have knowledge in planning & scheduling the projects using Primavera P6.
Preference will be given to candidates having Gulf experience.
Candidate will be working site base on Bachelor status.


Planning Engineer / Sr Planning Engineer - Civil
Graduate in Civil Engineering
Post Graduate in Construction Management with atleast 5 yrs experience in major building projects.
Candidate should have knowledge in planning & scheduling the projects using Primavera P6.
Preference will be given to candidates having Gulf experience.
Candidate will be working site base on Bachelor status.
Plan, Prepare, Control, and Intimate all the activities of Planning and Construction Programme for each and every awarded job by a detailed analysis and study of project specifications; handling manpower and equipment resourcing to the sites, calculate variance analysis, risk analysis, cost analysis, time implications for all the jobs ensuring all the quality assurances set and followed by the company.
Responsible for the preparation of Resource Loaded Construction Programme of all the jobs awarded and assigned as per the tender and project specifications ensuring the quality assurance procedures set and followed by the company
To prepare and make a Resource Loading schedule in Primavera 6 and generate reports on cost to ensure the planning programme is been made considering all the aspects of Construction Job
To Prepare and calculate labour and equipments productivity , cost computations, planning and material coordination with Client and Consultant
Plan all the Key Result Areas & Key Performance Indicators hence prepare a construction schedule along with the Turnaround report
Analyse and asses the job requirements and prepare a budget to complete the job within stipulated time duration by continuous monitoring, updation and control of project progress/status 
Prepare As-Planned and As-Built programme to support Extension of Time claims; prepare Delay Recovery Strategy Formulation, Recovery Schedule preparation and submission, prepare acceleration programme and cost submission 
To set a benchmark for productivity of manpower and equipments and monitor it on monthly basis to ensure the process is as per the planning programme or needs any alterations for the same
Responsible to provide support to the cost team to determine and make documents for Extension of Time due to any discrepancies or delay events for job completion; manage the forecast on cost to complete; ensure and intimate to the client/consultant about the impact of delay and cost increment
To calculate the impact or effect of job delays and hindrances on project completion and intimate the client engineer regarding time and cost impact
Prepare and communicate for monthly delays and impact of cost and time implications on the project to ensure all necessary data and information to be given to the client/consultant for decision making purpose
Review the project progress by conducting critical Path Analysis, producing Dash Boards and providing necessary support to Planning and Cost-control manager in decision making
To prepare variance report based upon the site progress and the scheduled programme to ensure and increase accuracy and efficiency 
Suggest and advice in meetings for project progress/status regarding the contractual as well as financial issues ensuring the project is going as per Planning Programme
Coordinating with Material Engineer for Material Procurement Plan ensuring procurement of materials on site and timely delivery of required equipments 
To Prepare and manage planning documents in line with Management System Procedures(MSP) to ensure and fulfil requirements of the jobs awarded
To identify project constraints and their potential impacts on to the project; assisting project in-charge in risk identification and risk response and mitigation plan preparation
To prepare Updated organization charts to be submitted to the management and ensure to capture changes in resource deployment 
Responsible for monthly reports submission to clients/consultants for reviewing project progress and check the daily tasks of the ongoing activities
To provide Planning support to sites with regards to Primavera 6 and EoTs along with Unit Planning Manager
To prepare and submit various business management reports for all business units of the company to gather a data for Actual Vs Projections, Manpower Rolling; prepare compiled fact sheets, review generation/shortage of surplus manpower report, schedule tracking and demobilization plan for all unit staff
To provide support to the Tendering team with regards to programme preparation, methodology preparation and Project Management Plan preparation adhering to the quality and procedures set and followed by the company
Responsible to assess and monitor daily production of all pipeline projects and reporting to EVP and Planning Manager (C&MI)
