AC Foreman for Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure that the work performed is in compliance with blueprints, manufacturer specifications, written and/or verbal instruction 
• Plan, schedule and assign work to ensure proper distribution of work, adequate staffing and space for efficient performance of duties 
• Make material take-off's, and submit requisitions. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions on assigned projects when requested 
• Establish and/or assist in establishing preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment 
• Provide training and instruction to personnel on activities relating to air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance to ensure an acceptable work performance level 
• Supervise and/or assist in personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, and scheduling time off. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described
