Trade Mark Specialist in Adastra Intellectual Property, Malaysia

We are an Indian Intellectual Property with offices in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia is seeking for a trademark specialist/ paralegal with experience in the management and prosecution of Indian trademark portfolios. 

Job Description: 
• To handle Trademark prosecution portfolio for India;
• To handle general enquiries from clients via email or walk in enquiries;
• Drafting submissions/ arguments in response to office actions;
• Attending hearing when required;
• Conducting Trademark Search and preparing reports;
• Handling opposition proceeding;
• Meeting officers to expedite prosecution matter;
• To manage /oversee recordal matters which includes Change of Name, Address, Assignment & License. 

Requirements:
1. Registered Trade mark agent 
2. Minimum 3 years experience in handling Trade mark matters in India.
