The position demands an outstanding understanding of the Industry and multi tasking in the agile and complex environment. Hiring Coordinator will be a strong conduit between the business Leaders and HR Leadership team. This position requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change. The Recruiting Coordinator must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently and prioritize work, and have a proactive approach in order to anticipate candidate/Hiring Manager/HR needs.
Some of the Core Activities in the Job will be:
- Identify recruitment sources Traditional and out of the box to cater to the manpower requirements.
- Coordinating all candidate interviews and logistics including Scheduling kick-off calls, phone screens, site interviews and debrief meetings
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, business units, agencies
- Maintaining data and hiring trackers
The Candidate - Experience
Local candidates will be preferred for the role
- 2-3 years of experience as HR/recruiter in a high-growth company preferably Supply Chain Management / Pharma / Agriculture / Financial practice.
- Post graduate from Human Resources
