Sales Manager for Vietnam (1+ Year Experience)

We have an opportunity for the position of Sales Manager - Beverage / Food at Vietnam.

Job Description:

Summary of the position
This position is responsible for maintaining and developing business in assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by sellingproduct solutions and service to existing customers and acquiring new business. 
You will be able to manage your own workload and work unsupervised whilst maintaining a high level of leadership in all activities.

Position requirements: Put your high leadership in all required activities.

- Technical sales knowledge:
Comprehend the principle of processing flow at customer sites.
Continuous improvement on appropriate knowledge of technical sales to adapt with business development.

- Business maintenance and development:
Create and update the business plan and sales funnel.
Execute monthly sales and service plan and get approval from manager.
Search for new prospects and focus on winning new customers by understanding the demand and trend of the market.
Ensure all the suitable solutions available to close deals effectively.
Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions.
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers needs. 
Coordinate with internal team and distributor to conduct trial and implement project successfully.
