Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration
Total Exp: Minimum 5 Years
The candidate should be a Bachelor/Master in Business Administration with minimum of 5 years experience in selling IT solutions.
The candidate must have the knowledge and experience in the following areas;
- In-depth understanding of Solution sales, using varied technologies like Disaster Recovery solution, Data consolidation using Huawei products & services, as well as Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows/SQL Cluster solutions etc for compatibility with Huawei Enterprise products and solutions
- Working knowledge of all Huawei Enterprise Products & Solutions including Servers, Storage, Switching, Routing, Networking and Data Center solutions
In addition to the above the candidate should be able to meet the following criteria;
- Thorough business process knowledge of verticals like Banking, Oil & Gas, Education, Retail etc
- Achievement of quarterly goals
- Aggressive with a go getter attitude
- Should be able to open new opportunities across the customer base from SMB to Large organizations
- Handle the complete sales cycle independently, right from prospecting to presentations, proposals and closures
- Must be comfortable in dealing with Government and Ministries
- Create customer focused presentations and proposals
- If you are having valid Omani/GCC driving license it will be added advantage.
