Job Purpose
To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting; and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future states; focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise; in line with the business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Validate the creation and maintenance of business process models for various business portfolios through the application of Business Modelling tools and key Quality Standards and generally adopted Process governance principles.
Plans, scopes and executes process improvements initiatives
Ability to conduct peer reviews and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and define key outputs from meetings and workshops
Advanced business writing skills for process solutions and documentation
Apply outside in principles and customer experience management technique holistically to problem statements.
Manage cross cluster stakeholders expectations for areas impacted by Process solutions, such as business participants, business analysts, and Process Architects
In depth understanding to the regulatory framework in the banking industry and ability to demonstrate the value add in embedding regulations in Process design.
Product knowledge for both client take-on and retention is a plus
Ability to analyse MIS and embed data requirements in process steps that provides effective operational resource utilisation.

Apply Process Measurement principles in various initiatives and monitor business performance against specified targets.
Mentoring and coaching others on modelling standards and approaches as defined by the Process value centre and Business Architects
