Site managers are responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget. 

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the clients specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.

Liaising with the client & other construction professionals.

Coordinating and supervising construction workers. day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

Selecting tools and materials.

Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.

Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

Maintaining quality control procedures
Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.

Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in civil site management.

Must have experience in handling residential projects & VILLAS.

Must be able to relocate to Nigeria.
