Regional Sales Manager (Project Sales / White Goods)
A clear leader selling from the front and making the entire team to Map and execute sales in the region.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Good Team handling exposure.
Organizing sales visits.

- Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in sales of with 2 to 3 years as a Regional Sales Manager.
Should have experience in Project Sales / White Goods.
Must be ready to relocate to relocate to Kenya.
Area Sales Manager (HVAC / Coldrooms)
- To Identify prospective clients to generate business & achieving increased sales growth thus catalyzing profitability.
Competitor's Analysis and Promotional activities to procure business of HVAC, Coldrooms & other Hospitality sector products.
To meet architects, interior designers, builders, & Contractors.
To get our products specified and our brand properly represented.
To procure and execute the order.
To achieve Sales and collection targets. Sales activity, generating leads.
To interact with architects, Builders and Consultants and companies & corporate sectors to promote the companies product.
- Candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Project Sales of HVAC / Cold rooms with atleast 2 years experience as as Area Sales Manager.
Very strong to work with Architects and consultants.
Should be strong in preparation, documentation, PPT presentation, event coordination etc.
Must be ready to relocate to Kenya.
