Document Controller
1. Log in of submittals.
2. Distribution of documents as per document distribution matrix.
3. Prepare transmittals or letter as required by QA/QC manager.
4. Numbering the documents.
5. Maintain filing system. 6. Manage document archiving and document imaging.
7. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and material submittals, NCRs, RFIs, TQs, MARs, MIRs, Client letters, third party reports and other Contract related documents.
8. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
9. Generate the various document control reports as required.
10. Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs.
11. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable in consultation with QA/QC manager.
12. Maintain updated records of all approved documents, records, third party reports and drawings and their distribution clearly.
13. Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
14. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
