Educational Qualification : : Diploma in Electrical

Job Description:

- Ability to assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read, interpret wiring schematics diagram for aid of troubleshoot and repair. 
- Ability to assembles and tests motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator/motor rewindings, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
- Familiar with electrical system, equipment, control components and its function.
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Educational Qualification : : Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Required : Minimum 5 years experience
Industry of Experience : Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery/Power Plant.

Job Description:

- Ability to overhaul and install gear boxes, impellers, shaft alignments, hydraulic system, solenoid, pumps and other related equipments in accordance with standard procedures.
- Familiar with mechanical tools, instruments and its usage. 
 - Familiar with various types of bearing, seals and pumps. 
 - Familiar to mechanical alignment procedures and techniques. 
 - Familiar with gear terminology and rotating equipments. 
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify and isolation of faulty mechanical components in accordance with manufacturers manuals, drawings and diagrams
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Educational Qualification : : Diploma in Electrical &Electronics
Experience Required : Minimum 5 years experience
Industry of Experience : Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery/Power Plant.

Job Description:

- Knowledge in Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Analyzers and field instruments used in production processes.
- Able to read & inepter P & ID Diagram, Functional Ladder Diagram, Process Diagram, & Loop Diagram.
- Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation failure, install, maintain and repair the measuring and control devices used in industrial processing.
- Experienced with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer devices used to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition. 
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions.

INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN

Educational Qualification : DIPLOMA/ ITI/MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL 
Experience Required : Minimum 5 years experience
Industry of Experience : Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery/Power Plant.

Job Description:

- Direct and support other workers in diverse repair and maintenance work.
- Make adjustment on operational parts of devices and instruments by utilizing straight edge, plumb bobs, and hand tools.
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.

SCHEDULING ENGINEER

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.TECH (MECHANICAL)
Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years experience
Industry of Experience : Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery.

Job Description:

- Responsible for planning and scheduling using Primavera v3.
- Expert in planning , scheduling and project control system.
- Prepares schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies.
- Develops and implements project control procedures in conjunction with supporting project ancillary functions.
- Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.

COST ENGINEER

Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.TECH (MECHANICAL)
Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years experience
Industry of Experience : Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery/Power Generation.

Job Description:

- Must be familiar with construction practices ,materials equipment.
- Develop project plans for the duration of the project
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
- Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients
- Travel to jobsites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors 
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates

PLUMBER

Educational Qualification : DIPLOMA/ITI/ MINIMUM OF HIGH SCHOOL 
Experience Required : Minimum 3+ years experience
Industry of Experience : Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Refinery/Power Plant.

Job Description: 
 - Assemble pipe sections (PPR, PVC), tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
- Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
- Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.
- Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers and levels.

LIGHT DRIVER

Educational Qualification : : MINIMUM OF HIGH SCHOOL 

Experience Required : Minimum 3+ years experience(INDIAN DRIVING LICENSE)
