1) outbound Tele callers doing either lead filtration or pitch the product over the phone and fix appointments.
2) Excellent communication skills with presentable personality.
3) carrying out needs assessments, performance reviews and cost/benefit analyses.
4)They have responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development.
5)Good expiriance in team development.
