Your Area of Responsibility 
• Active member in the "Technical Support Team" in Dubai
• Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to customers responding real time to customer technical inquiries via phone, email and on-site presence as necessary
• Routing and escalation of technical issues within the support organization
• Capture and tracking of customer issues through incident management system
• Maintain ownership of technical issue through closure
• Manage issue resolution against identified service level goals
• Participate actively in technical expert teams
• Contribute to knowledge management of technical issues for easy re-use
• Other activities may be assigned, depending on organizational and/or business requirements

Our Requirements 
• Any Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of the operating systems WINDOWS and/or LINUX
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle, SQL-Server, Postgres)
• Good probing skills and analytical skills would be an added advantage
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English
• Flexible, team player, good communication skills
• Professional experience will be added as an advantage
• Readiness to work in multi shift environment
• Readiness to travel locally and internationally
