Manufacturing Engineering Manager for China

1. Manage engineering team for whole process which including SMT, MI, Assembly to Testing.
2. Plan, organize, co-ordinate and follow up on all manufacturing engineering issue;
3. Set long-term and short-term KPIs to all engineering staffs

1. BE Mechanical with min 10 yrs exp in monitoring production process by designing / modifying / selecting eqpt, Tooling, fixtures to improve process, production efficiency, preferably in Electronic 
manufacturing company
2. Min 5 yrs exp as Manager.
