Turn Around Planner

Turnaround PLANNER is required for ROTATING EQUIPMENT Turnarounds at petrochemical refineries and Fertilizer Plant in UAE. 
Turnaround PLANNING experience at live PETROCHEMICAL, FERTILIZER or refineries will be a pre-requisite. 
Responsibilities
To check and confirm detail turnaround work list (work order) to ensure completeness of tasks and activities.
To perform field job scope verification to determine necessary materials, resources and crafts needed to complete the Turnaround Maintenance activities.
To conform and arrange the task list with required resources and duration with timely effective and availability
Maintain and update with log for any information or changing related with turnaround work list.
To prepare and maintain work permit for all related turnaround activities as per work order.
To monitor and update job progress status based on actual site check and giving input to scheduler for any update progress activities in daily basis.
To confirm the remaining activities which can be done during turnaround execution and follow up site progress as per target schedule.
To check and confirm the remaining task list activities which can be done after turnaround execution and follow up site progress as per target schedule.
To assist material coordinator to check material return quantity for related work order which is not used during execution and check the actual physical condition.
To prepare the material return hand over with correct quantity and specification as per work order.

Turn Around - Planning Engineer



Turnaround PLANNING ENGINEER is required for ROTATING EQUIPMENT Turnarounds at petrochemical refineries and Fertilizer Plant in UAE.
Turnaround PLANNING experience at live PETROCHEMICAL, FERTILIZER or refineries will be a pre-requisite. 

Responsibilities
To lead planner who prepares for TA (Turnaround) execution works
Main responsibilities includes assignment/follow up of TA contractor scope to the planner unit wise to prepare/follow the Pre-TA, TA execution and post TA works.
Guide the planner on TA execution activities schedule preparation and progress monitoring/reporting.
Be a single focal person for all communication & updates relevant to planning /scheduling /monitoring /reporting tasks
Submit daily and weekly reports on the progress of Pre TA, TA execution and Post TA activities and Manpower & Equipments available status at site throughout the TA different phases.
Allocate the assignment to planner based on TA scope and units size as a complete focal person for that units relevant to planning/monitoring/reporting of the activities, work permit printing in all TA phases and closely follow with them to complete the assigned tasks on time.
Site visits/familiarization of all units including locations, type of equipments, plant system/areas, critical path equipments execution duration estimation etc



Turn Around Manager



Turnaround Manager is required for ROTATING EQUIPMENT Turnarounds at petrochemical refineries and Fertilizer Plant in UAE. 
Turnaround management experience at live PETROCHEMICAL, FERTILIZER or refineries will be a pre-requisite. In addition responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
Ensure that the Turnaround (TA) is completed safely within the time in adherence to quality

Coordinate all site activities with Site Key personnel.
Ensure Planning team develops detailed Level 4 schedule in consultation & working with Companys TA Planning team and report the progress at the daily progress meeting.

Ensure QA /QC In-charge effectively coordinates his activities
Responsible for preparation and submission of TA Contractor comprehensive close-out report to the company
Degree holder in Mechanical discipline with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Shutdowns/ Turn Around maintenance of Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Motors and associated Auxiliary equipment
At least 8 years of similar experience with in GCC.
Very good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair, testing and maintenance of wide range rotating equipment

Worked as Site Manager / Leader in Oil & Gas, petrochemical Turnaround for at least two projects of similar size
