    An ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions between volunteers and staff. Effective managerial skills. This position is responsible to the H.R. Director for the direction, coordination and overall management of the office policies.
    Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
    Supply and manage office equipments, machines or properties to office and manufactures, kitchen utilities.
    Schedule meeting if any.
    Welcome/Receive visitors relating to work.

        To study the competitor's pricing and convince the management.
        To be more concentrate on movable materials and more profitable items.
        To be given local prices to our supplier.

        Administrator CUM Accountant


          1. Analyze financial information & prepare financial reports 
          2. Submission of monthly reconciliation statement to ASRY A/c Dept
          3. Petty Cash custodian/in charge.
          4. In charge for employee passport renewal and safekeeping.
          5. All other admin & HR
            Preparation of Request for Purchase of consumable tools purchased from ASRY store and outside suppliers.Reports and updates with regard to overdue outstanding receivables and follow up with customer.DEBIT NOTES, REMITTANCE ADVICE, VENDORS STATEMENTS
