Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager

Job Description: 

Sourcing:-
Identify Suppliers, Launch R&P's, negotiate prices and ensure sign of agreements.
Identify cost reduction opportunities, achieve targeted savings, negotiate with supplier for VA|VE, annual reduction etc.
Monitor, track raw material prices / indices, input material and work towards 
cost avoidance. 
Managing Supplies and ensuring 100% stock available as per material requirements 
Coordinating with import team to ensure timely availability of material 

New Product Development:-
Coordinate with CFT/ Product management team & lookout for new suppliers / products
Develop samples; carry out, commercial & technical evaluation works towards product approvals. 
Trouble Shoot
Quality Assurance:-
Coordinating with CFT& suppliers to analyses quality issues and help arriving at improvement actions. 
Auditing suppliers process for effective implementation of improvement actions 
Regular inspection of goods and suppliers to ensure zero defects on supplies & ensuring conformance to specifications. 

Others:-
Developing MIS with right metrics & reporting to the management regularly. 
MIS related to schedules / ordering/dispatches / ETA/ fulfilment etc. to be released to relevant stockholders. 

Desired Profile:-

Qualification - Graduation in Engineering 

Experience- up to 10 years

Work Exposure in home appliances / consumer goods
Candidate based at china can only apply 
Candidate should have valid passport & visa 
Candidate should have good communication skill & ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Remuneration: As per Industry standard.
