Specialist - Corporate Planning

*Assist in the management of business performance management process, including the setting of KPIs and targets in coordination with all directorates, monitoring of performance, and development of action plans to address them. *Establish a consistent data reporting platform for organizational data.
*Bachelors degree in management from a top tier university with MBA or equivalent preferred.
*6 - 8 years of GCC experience in management consulting or corporate planning in a leading international organization and experience with a leading real estate developer is preferred.
*Strong analytical skills & excellent strategic thinking capability. 
*Expertise in a variety of Corporate frameworks. 
*Good understanding of the real estate industry and the local Qatari market. 
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
*Excellent business acumen.

Manager - Retail Property Management

*Manage retail properties to ensure adherence to MPs standards with regards to property management and customer satisfaction.
*Bachelor degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is preferred.
*10 - 12 years in Retail Property Management with at least 3 years. in Management role.
*New site opening & Extensive Retail Property Management experience is desirable
*Mixed use of GCC experience is highly desirable.

Senior Manager - Property Management



*Should have Bachelors degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required 
*12 - 15 years of experience in Property Management with 5 years in Management role.
*Large site/multi site experience of Grade A Sites
*Must have new site opening experience.
*Mixed Use experience is highly desirable/preferably in GCC
Track record and experience of PM with a focus on revenue generation, tenant/customer relationship management.
*Extensive experience in management of properties
*Excellent client relation skills
*Strong conflict resolution/ management skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
