Quality Executive / Production Executive for Must Garment in Bangladesh & Oman (2+ Years Experience)

Head quartered in Hong Kong, we are a multinational garment manufacturing & export group with facilities in Bangladesh, Bahrain, Egypt and China.

With a vision to further expand our operations, we invite applications from smart, young, dynamic, result oriented professionals who are driven by Quality of the product and service to the client, for the following position :
    Should have handled woven garments? Trousers, Jackets
    Prior exp in handling wash programs; shrinkage/ shade lot issues/wash effect
    Aware of 4 point systems, AQL , American standard systems
    Should be good at documenting as well as interpreting data recorded in production floor
    Should be good at processing details and working on root cause analysis
    Should have practical and methodical approach to problem solving

    Should be comfortable working in the shop floor? not only detecting quality issues but also solving them
    Involvement from Fabrics? Shipment: setting parameters for quality checks at all levels and following them
    Building quality team in each dept & training & mentoring them
    Understanding of markers and patterns
    Knowledge of folders & attachment
    Exposure to washes , fabric shade lot
    Best Utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
    To meet the targeted efficiency.

    Accounting of the garments and controlling the rejections.
    Ensure corrective action is taken as per the quality feedback.
    To be proactive and motivate & inspire them to improve productivity and quality on continuous basis.
    Use Industrial Engineering Techniques in day to day work for cost effective prod.
    Ensure floor is maintaining proper housekeeping and compliance as per standard.
    Proper work place engineering where ever possible
    Look at reducing work content and improving the efficiency.
