- Overseeing all maintenance processes
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective
- Working out the human and material resources needed
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipments
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervising and motivating team
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
- Monitor quality and performance of all machines
- Assess to improve/modify/overhaul/maintain all machines
- Research for improved/new processes [and methods] to improve quality and productivity
- Contact suppliers of machines and parts
- Introduce necessary and improvement training to company members
- Assess new machines and parts
- Audit new machines and parts
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT work
- Education:
Preference: Bachelor of Engineering
Minimum: Diploma (must compensate with experience)
Area of Study:
Preference: Electrical and/or electronics
Minimum: Mechanical with electrical knowledge
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Past Position:
Preference: Maintenance Manager, Asst. Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Officer, Process Engineers (with maintenance ability)
Ability:
Electrical and Mechanical for all machines (incl. multiple nonwoven production lines, multiple bag making machines, multiple printing machines, multiple slitting machine, multiple lamination machines).
Backgound:
Printing (machine and process) experience will receive special considerations.
Nonwoven (machine and process) experience will receive special considerations.
Lamination (machine and process) experience will receive special considerations.
Plastic packaging/film/nonwoven packaging (machine and process) experience will receive special considerations.
