- Preparation of Budget for the project, get approved from the top management.
- Preparation of monthly cost report and tracking of Loss/Profit.
- Calculation and presentation of POC to higher management.
- Preparation of Commercial and Delay Analysis.
- Preparation of bill of quantities
- Tracking and monitoring of Project Schedule.
- Preparation of Cost plan and productivity control for self performance activities.
- Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders.
- Should have good knowledge of Project Management, Estimation and Costing, Quantity Surveying
- Well versed with MS Office 2010- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
- should also have experience in PMMS (Purchase and Material Management System)
