Job Description
Key Accountabilities - (Attitudes, behaviors, personal characteristics and motives which will lead to high performance)
Understand SAP transactions for inbound/outbound & internal Movements
Accurately record all relevant details in SAP
Responsible for preparing all KPI and Management reports
Work closely with operational team to close & clear pending transactions
Communicate with the relevant teams and subsequent follow ups
Understand Physical count process and support the team in updating and accurate stock keeping
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
Bachelor's Degree
Must have basic experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management systems
Must be able to speak and write clearly in English (Arabic preferred)
Able to work in stressful situations
Must be flexible with work timings
Expert in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, details oriented, and the ability to work under pressure.
Working experience in SAP application is desirable.
