Supply Chain Executive for Angola

Hiring Supply Chain Executive for a FMCG- Manufacturing  company to be stationed at Luanda - Angola .

Job Responsibilities :
• Have full knowledge of RM procurement , suppliers , specifications, Ets
• Will have responsibility of keep track with physical stock of RM and do stock account every 3 months 
• Need to plan RM requirement as per production capacity and keep track it on weekly base 
• Negotiate with suppliers best prices , terms and conditions
• Follow up with suppliers shipment schedules , ETD, ETA and all documentations required 
• Coordinate with local department in the group to be sure all process on line and on time 
• Plan the orders on timely manner and orders according to consumption and lead time 
• Receiving the RM in the stores and agree the quality and quantity as per agreement 
• Be sure all materials has been registered in our books in right way
• Clime any deficiency from suppliers 
• Submit RM status on weekly base to management 
• Assume full responsibility of availability of RM 
• Introduce new suppliers for the group
Looking for a seasoned supply chain professional.

Must have 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations of FMCG-Manufacturing industry.


A diploma in supply chain is must to have.

Overseas experience (Angola and Africa) will always have an edge
