- Must have 5 to 10 yrs of hands-on experience in field sales of Heavy Duty Truck, Construction equipment with fitment of equipment / machines etc., on truck chassis and vehicles for business related service applications, to deliver value for customers business.
- Must have handled field sales of Heavy Duty trucks, to large sized customers, industries, mines, construction projects, truck based crane, refrigeration unit manufactures etc.
- Must be responsible for generation of new customers and driving the top-line of sales in the defined territory and ensured timely recovery of sales collections from customers.
- Must have experience of getting the fitment/application developed from defined and local contractors in a time bound manner to ensure prompt delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Must have handled and addressed application based complaints for resolution from customers.
- Must have handled and be strong on negotiation of rates with contractors, to drive value to employers business.
- Must have sound technical knowledge about trucks and its engine technology plus customization of truck chassis as per business application requirements.
- Must have good analytical skills to understand complexity of business applications so as to develop related fitments to be fitted on the vehicle and trucks.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must be a self-starter and pro-active person to get into the field to drive sales of vehicles for business application usage.
