    Experience- Minimum 3 years
    Job Location-Kenya

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Generation of reports using crystal report writer, query reports
    • Customization of SAP to upgrade existing set up 
    • First level troubleshooting of complaints 
    • Training existing and any new staff so that they are able to optimally use the system
    • Work with Top Management team to develop a 3 year plan on SAP and work towards implementation of the same
    • Coordinate with ERP vendor to resolve issues

    Desired profile of the candidate 

    • FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATION
    • ATLEAST 2 ERP IMPLEMENTATIONS
    • EXPERIENCE IN GENERATING REPORTS USING CRYSTAL REPORT WRITER/ QUERY REPORT
    • GOOD KNOWLEDGE WITH SAP ADMIN/ PRODUCTION/ SALES A/R, A/P, CRM, SAP DEVELOPMENT TOOLS, ADD ONS
