Open Position / Job Descriptions:
1. CIVIL ENGINEER
• Civil Engineer capable to handle civil design projects like building, structural steel, road, bridges and foundations to be as per Saudi Aramco Standard. Also common understanding of oil industrial facilities and others engineering disciplines.
• Engineering degree and not less than 10 years of field experience.
2. DCS PROCESS CONTROL
This MPR is for hiring Instrumentation, DCS and Process Control Engineer. The proposed engineer will pursue a technical path to be specialized in Compressor Control System (CCS), Vibration Monitoring System (VMS), SCADA Systems, ABB DCS Systems and field instrumentation. NGED is in shortage of specialization in these systems in particular. Also, he will work on the design of corporate and department initiatives such as Flare Minimization, control valves obsolescence and pneumatic loops upgrades in addition to supporting plant operations in the area of field instrumentations and I Field. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrument and Process Control Engineering PE, FE, CEng under IET is preferred.
3. INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
B.S. Engineering degree in Instrumentation OR Control Systems OR Electrical. The candidate shall have minimum 10 years’ experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industries.
Instrument and Control Engineer capable to handle capital brownfield projects - like Upgrading the existing plant control systems like DCS, ESD, VMS and SCADA Systems, Upgrading the existing plant instrumentation. Provide technical support during the design and construction of the projects.
Manage and execute capital brown field projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills. Adequate knowledge on control valves, relief valves and other instrumentation. Through knowledge of engineering practices, international / Aramco Standards and Specifications.
4. INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
Engineering degree and not less than 10 years of field experience.
Instrument Engineer capable to handle Instrument and control design projects like new instrument loops including configuration to DSC for all kind of static equipment and rotating equipment, process control, fire alarm system and ESD system as per Saudi Aramco Standard. Also common understanding of oil industrial facilities and others engineering disciplines.
5. INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
The Instrument Engineer is required to handle Engineering design reviews, participate in detail engineering development, loop checking,
precommissioning and commission SCADA/RTU package, Security and Communication packages, new Gas Compression Plant Package and
Balance/ Free flow Pipelines packages. In addition, the Engineer will perform site verifications, respond to technical enquiries, mentor newly
joined workforce, and liaison with Power Systems. Due to the large diverse scope of the program, a well-experienced and knowledgeable
engineer is urgently needed to help and support SGRGPD fulfill its commitment as a proponent of this mega program.
6. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Electrical Engineering degree and not less than 8 years in oil/gas industries experience. Electrical Engineer capable to handle capital brown field projects . electrical in nature like new substation, switch gear, MCC equipment installation or existing plant upgrade. Manage and execute capital brown field projects according to the scope, schedule and budget. Provide technical support during the design and construction of the projects.
7. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
The electrical engineer is required to handle engineering design reviews, participate in the detail engineering development, electrical activities, energization and commission for all electrical scope of work including but not limited to substations, motors, switch gears, MCCs in all packages.
In addition, the engineer will perform site verifications, respond to technical enquiries, act as a liaison with Power Systems, mentor newly joined workforce. Worth to mention, due to large and diverse scope for the program, a well-experienced and knowledgeable engineer is urgently needed to help and support the SA Gas Compression Development to fulfil its commitment as a proponent of this mega program.
7. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
Electrical Engineering degree and not less than 8 years in oil/gas industries experience. Electrical Engineer capable to handle capital brown field projects - electrical in nature like new substation, switch gear, MCC equipment installation or existing plant upgrade. Manage and execute capital brown field projects according to the scope, schedule and budget. Provide technical support during the design and construction of the projects.
8. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
EDUCATION: B.S. in Engineering. . Troubleshooting of field electrical related problems.
EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) years of experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry.1. Preparing comprehensive electrical design packages.
Investigating Plant and Equipment trips and providing remedial engineering recommendations. . Preparing conceptual design packages and engineering budgetary cost estimates.
Providing technical support to Maintenance and Operations with regards to electrical systems/equipment; switchgears/MCCs, motors, cables, UPSs/batteries, standby generators, lighting and auxiliary control systems.
Recommending modifications to improve the performance of field electrical equipment. . Sizing breakers, cables, motors, UPSs and batteries.
Simulating electrical system (static and dynamic) using certified software, i.e. ETAP
Reviewing electrical engineering design packages and providing meaningful comments and quality assurance assessment.
Communicating with equipment vendors and technical consultants to resolve complex issues concerning new technology and upgrades of equipment.
Reviewing Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and participating in Engineering Standards review committees.
Working with Power System Engineering Department regarding HV equipment protection and relay coordination.
Supporting electrical arc flash analysis study in the review and implementation phases.
Providing technical support for electrical upgrade projects in the review and commissioning phases
9. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Mechanical Engineer capable to handle capital brown field projects mechanical in nature like piping, new static/rotating equipment installation or existing plant upgrade. Manage and execute capital brown field projects according to the scope, schedule and budget. Provide technical support during the design and construction of the projects. 10. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

11. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
• Develops and coordinates maintenance programs, procedures and systems throughout the Maintenance activity and
• appraises the effectiveness of their application. Plans, schedules and
• assures completion of assigned maintenance work for a given maintenance area or maintenance function.
• Analyzes manpower, equipment and materials requirements. Applies performance standards for maintenance
• work and evaluates actual performance against standards.
12. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Mechanical Engineer capable to handle capital brown field projects mechanical in nature like piping, new static/rotating equipment installation or existing plant upgrade. 13. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
The Rotating Equipment Engineer is required to work on the Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning activities of South Ghawar and Remote Gas Producing Department mega project facilities. He will also provide detailed engineering support and technical comments during the project construction. He will also participate in the establishment of the rotating equipment maintenance manuals, and operational requirements.
14. SAFETY ENGINEERING
A) BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred.
B) Must have twelve (12) years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry, or
in the industry related to the position placement, e.g., marine, pipelines, power distribution.
C) Must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry,
governmental and/or international standards.
D) Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.
E) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). Ability to lead and direct teams and/or
committees. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures
within the health, safety and environmental fields. Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.

16. SAFETY ENGINEER
• Analyze and trend all safety observations and Work Permit findings.
• Analyze and trend near misses, safety suggestions and all other leading safety KPIs.
• Analyze and trend lagging and leading indicators through SMC meetings.
• Analyze the strengths and areas of improvement of assessments and audits.
• Support safety team in achieving their assigned tasks.
17. SAFETY (FIELD COMPLIANCE COORD)
• BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred.
• Must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental and/or international standards.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs
• Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertakes surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. Conducts and coordinates onsite inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provides advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.
• Performs construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations. Performs job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepares written reports and recommendations.
• Develops controls for identified hazards. Coordinates the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommends changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.
• Monitor and track service providers HSE Performance and participate in Service provider’s Technical Assessment .Propose and work on HSE initiatives and verify closure of HSE recommendations
• Prepares safety orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures. Directs or assists in the development of specialized education and training materials. Conducts specialized safety and environmental training programs to communicate hazard control information. Assists local management in new employee occupational health, safety and environmental orientation.
• Reviews and analyzes injury, property damage, and statistical loss data and works with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.
• Incorporates essential safety requirements in all purchasing and contracting actions. Recommends the purchase of safety equipment, related supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with established company requirements.
18. CORROSION ENGINEER
• Design and implement biocide and other chemical treatment programs. • Expand the use of non-metallic in the seawater system.
• Prepare programs/forecast for laboratory monitoring of various parameters in the injection water for monitoring/controlling corrosion. Also, review laboratory/other data and trends/charts them for system surveillance.
• Work on pipeline integrity management programs that include pipeline cleaning, coating, corrosion monitoring through weight loss coupons and other techniques.
• Conduct studies on issues related to corrosion control, equipment/piping failures investigation, etc. • Review the inspection data and make corrosion control recommendations accordingly.
• Study piping loops and assign/review Condition Monitoring Locations (CMLs). • Direct/assist inspection personnel to have a robust inspection program.
19. CORROSION ENGINEER
• Design and implement biocide and other chemical treatment programs. • Expand the use of non-metallic in the seawater system.

22. PROCESS ENGINEER
The Process engineer is required to support the Gas Compression Program mega project activities during the precommissioning, commissioning, start up and normal operations post the startup of the South Ghawar and Remote Gas Producing Department facilities, and establish the department main process functions in energy and process related aspects as follows:
# Participate in precommissioning and commissioning of new equipment, field checkout and testing and participate in PMCCs and MCCs walkthroughs and prepare exception list and work on resolution of process related exception items.
# Lead and participate in teams preparing the startup, normal operation, and shutdown procedures and developing of department#s OIMs. Provide field support during startups, shutdowns, and initial T&Is for all major process equipment that is required after one year from on stream date/commissioning.
# Conduct process performance evaluations by conducting performance test to assess, troubleshoot and optimize gas compression processes. Review and evaluate design or proposed changes.
# Work on developing the basic aspects of ""layers of protection"" as mandated by the new corporate program Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) as they apply to protection of process facilities from hazardous incidents.
# Develop process KPI's for plant operation performance. Participate in troubleshooting and investigation teams to solve process upsets.
# Identify the components of energy sources and consumption and perform energy balance on equipment and process systems. Conduct equipment efficiency calculation and Identify opportunities and economics for energy conservation. Monitor plant EPIs and KPIs and benchmark with other facilities and review and explain energy conservation recommendations.
An experienced candidate with thorough understanding of plant operations, process technologies, process modeling, capital investment and business drivers, and economic evaluations is required to support SAGCD in accomplishing the mission of Gas Compression Program mega project activities. The process engineer will be working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate / direct work of other engineers especially with large number of young PDP Engineers that the department will have during its establishment phase.
23. INSPECTION ENGINEER
Incumbent shall be able to work independently covering all aspects of Cathodic Protection (CP) Systems inspection including commissioning, CP rectifier periodic check at existing hydrocarbon Plants and remote desert oil and gas Wellheads, anode bed monitoring, storage tanks anode monitoring, solar power systems inspection, surveys of buried pipelines which traverse over steep and lengthy sand dunes, review engineering design changes and new construction packages for CP installations. Shall be fully conversant with applicable standards and specifications. Maintain files and issue reports and recommendations for equipments repairs.
24. SR. INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
The SR. Maintenance Instrument Technician is responsible for all planned/scheduled repairs or maintenance of plant process control systems, including fault diagnosis, field repair by subassembly replacement or control loop tuning, installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Supervise, give work direction and technical assistance to assigned work crew.
25. ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER
BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred.
Must have twelve (12) years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry, or in the industry related to the position placement, e.g., marine, pipelines, power distribution.
Must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental and/or international standards.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.

Contract Terms:
· Attractive Salary package with Min 1 year renewable contract with increment up to 10 %
· Salary in Saudi Riyal: Basic Salary (Decided by Client during interview) + 50% of basic salary as allowances for Housing, Food and Transportation
· Work schedule would be 40 / 48 hours per week
· There will be 1 end of contract paid leave for 30 days with return tickets to point of origin after completing 12 months of contract
· Medical Insurance as per company policy
· It will be a single status employment contract while if the employee wish to bring his family on his own expenses then company will support on the visa process and documentation
· Other Benefits as per Saudi labor Law
· Please note this is NOT a rotational contract but a 12 month renewable contract.
