Sales Representatives for Mauritius

• Door to Door Direct Selling of household appliances (example: Water Purifier, vacuum cleaner, mixer grinder, juicer, cookware, etc).
• Generating Maximum Demos & Leads and can be able to work at odd hours when clients and the decision Makers are available at home.
• Meeting or exceeding sales Targets for every month.
• Smart, well-groomed and dynamic and Ability to work in team.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced competitive environment.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and with working staff

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly Sales reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs and exhibitions
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Compliance with company policies and to respect all applicable laws of Mauritius

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass and Bachelors degree would be an advantage.
• Required Criteria : Direct Sales Background Experience is MUST
• Experience : Minimum 2 yrs.Experience is MUST
• Excellent Spoken Communication skills of English / French / Hindi Languages Are MUST
• Job Location - Mauritius
• Age Limit : Maximum 35 yrs. ( Male / Female )
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Driving license would be an advantage ( 2 wheeler & 4 Wheeler )
