URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR LEADING OPERATION & MAINTENANCE COMPANY IN KSA

Job Position: HVAC TECHNICIAN:

- Candidates should have experience in Airport, Hospital and University maintenance.

- Candidates should have good knowledge in trouble shooting of various HVAC systems & equipment.

- Candidates shall have experience in the maintenance of various types and makes of chillers, HVAC equipment/system, air conditioning units refrigeration equipment, accessories and their control.

Job Position: CHILLER TECHNICIAN:

- Performs annual assessment on any water cooled or air-cooled chiller and be able to leak check a low-pressure chiller using hot water

- Replacing oil filters and taking oil and refrigerant samples

- Pull a large refrigerant charge from chillers, including high and low-pressure refrigerant.

- Performs leak repairs

- Demonstrated experience in performing full overhauls on chillers

- Perform tube brushing safely and effectively on water cooled chillers

- Ability to diagnosis and troubleshoot chilled water systems as a whole -- includes both the chilled water and condenser water systems

- Must know how to leverage factory resources for troubleshooting (e.g. factory web-sites, tech support, etc.)

- Candidates should have experience in Airport, Hospital, University maintenance.

Job Position: BMS OPERATOR:

- Candidates are required to perform below mentioned key responsibilities:

- Monitor alarm systems for client site (0600 hrs till 2300hrs)

- Respond to any alarm generated through unauthorized activity.

- Escalations all security related information to duty manager promptly.

- Collaborate with local on-ground teams in case of emergency support.

- Accommodate various service requests related to access levels, traveler access etc.

- Attend phone calls from employees/visitors/vendors for various security related or general issues

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidates should hold diploma /ITI in refrigeration and ac mechanical.

- Candidates should have experience in Airport, Hospital, University maintenance.

- Candidates with GCC experience will be preferred.
