CONSTRUCTABILITY ENGINEER

Requirement -

- Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Projects;

- English speaker;

- Has knowledge on International Standarts / Russian Standarts.

- Excellent communication skills;

- Heavy Lifting and / or Heavy Skidding Experience is mandatory;

- Has experience on preparation of Lifting Plans and Method statements.

- Experience in industrial project

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Identifying Construction Methods and Requirements;

- Alignment with Design Department for various Design & Constructability issues;

- Preparation of Work Packages (Skidding System, Heavy Lifting, etc.), Method Statements etc.

- Coordination with Internal Departments (Design, civil, Marine, HSE, QC, Project control etc.)

E&I QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirement -

- Education: Bachelor of Science(+)/B.Eng.(+)

- Knowledge of languages: English, Russian (preferably)

- Years of working experience: 3(+)

- Methodical way of thinking;

- Good knowledge of construction;

- Excellent communication and negotiating skills;

- The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily;

- Excellent knowledge of estimating software, CAD and all Microsoft Office Suite applications.

- Experience in industrial project

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform all measurements and quantity assessments in line with the methods of measurement stated within the Subcontract documents.

- Complete material take-off to the full extent possible from Drawings.

- Check and verify re-measurement prepared by subcontractor, either in terms of quantity and / or in terms of measurement convention taken and / or in terms of contractual entitlement.

- Study all quantum justifications given by subcontractor for any work order, variation request, offers and the like.

- Keep all Measurement files adequately archive and stored for an easy and efficient retrieval.

- Participate in meeting regarding reimbursable items with Subcontractor.

- Compile Final Bill of Quantities and report for Close Out analysis.

POST TENSION WORKS METHOD ENGINEER

Requirement -

- Education: Bachelor of Science(+)/B.Eng.(+)

- Knowledge of languages: English, Russian (preferably)

- Years of working experience: 5(+)

- Min 5 years PT experience
- Good user of excel
- AutoCAD user
- Experience in industrial project

SCOPE:

- Integration studies on post tensioning and co-activities
- Winterazation studies
- Method Statement reviews
- Work and handling access studies
