The Position would be responsible for:

1. The store manager is responsible the day to day management of the store.
2. Leading Store with the team of sales executive & rendering guidance for increasing sales.
3. Ensuring proper product display and positioning.
4. Maximize Revenue through Target Achievement against Annual Business Plan.
5. Employee Engagement and Motivation.
6. Provides daily reports on inventory, sales and Projections.
7. Executing the inspection of product & study of quality problem.
8. Achieve Optimum Store Operating Cost as per approved Budget.

Required Candidate profile

The desired candidate who has 5+ year of experience in Apparel store with brands.

• Good Communication is Must.
• Good Knowledge of using ERP
