Storage Administration:

• Experience in managing EMC VMAX Storage, EMC Directors (SAN), Brocade SAN Switches
• Switch Upgrade, topology changes & Fabric management
• Handling Performance issue, latency , IOPS and throughput individual environment per se
• Ensure Storage data security with proper access and user management
• Involve in call to trouble shoot P1/ P2 issue
• Storage Provisioning & decommissioning, Host Remediation
• Storage LUN creation / Deletion
• New hosts creation & Provisioning
• Storage expansion
• Zoning and multipathing
• Storage Pool Usage & capacity management
• Replication configuration & DR activities

Backup Administration:

• Experience in managing EMC Data Domain & HP Tape Library, NetBackup 7.6/7.7 , Symantec Enterprise Vault Archive Solution
• Backup data lifecycle management policy
• Configuring data replication across sites for data redundancy
• Backup Administration & monitoring
• Policy creation & deletion
• Installing clients software
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting backup errors
• Disk & Tape library management
• Manual Backup & Restores
• Catalog Backup management
• Trouble shooting failure and provide resolutions for P1/P2 calls in the environment
• Snapshot integration with backup environment
• Trouble shooting backup failure
• Create SOP's and process for smooth functioning of backup environment
