Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Effectively engage with IT delivery partners, prioritize workloads, Monitoring queues and monitor outputs from the team.
• Daily/weekly status tracking and status reporting for project and Support.
• Spearhead problem management and incident management. Ensure team follows change management processes.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.
• Demonstrate broad technical leadership, exert influence outside of immediate team and drive change.
• Must have proven track record of delivery and working in large scale SAP ERP solutions.
• Desired - Experience working with multiple IT service providers in a fast paced large scale environment.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
• Must have experience working in multi-geography cross-functional teams.

• Should have good experience in handling SAP implementations as Project Manager.
• Should have good experience in Project Management
• Should have good experience in handling team
• Should able to guide team techno functionally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and Customer Oriented attitude
