1. Lead, manage and improvise the overall Finance, Legal and Business Operations for SBUs at Lagos, Nigeria
2. Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures for the overall business
3. Co-ordinate the financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates, monitor and control all costs strictly in line with budget
4. Prepare financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports & present the same to Leadership team
5. Prepare tax plans, timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns, TDS, Income Tax, Service tax in compliance with Statutory tax matters
6. Handle critical tax matters
7. Forecast cash flow, ensure sufficient funds to meet operational requirements, maintain banking relationships
8. Ensure timely MIS and effective feedback on key financial parameters including pricing, profitability and fund management
9. Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance
10. Liaison with local authorities for maintaining relationships and smooth functioning of daily operations
11. Conduct Trend Analysis for business and prepare targets accordingly
12. Supervise and Collaborate with Operations team across SBUs for all financial and legal support & motivate them towards achievement of business targets
