1) Degree in an engineering discipline from a recognized institution
2) Must have a minimum of 10 years of general work experience and not less than 5 years in management of no-site installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities under similar scale projects within oil and gas industry
3) Preferable to have experience in similar scale project with the CONTRACTOR or his subsidiaries
4) Preferable to have work experience in construction projects of at least 1 year in the Republic of Iraq
5) Must be fluent in English
