Job Description (Responsibility)

• To look after the business planning, forecasting of revenue potential in packaging business opportunities
• To develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations to establish tie ups for business development.
• Will be responsible to identify customers for generating revenues & developing plans to build consumer preference.
• Coordinate & develop new products for packaging requirements
• Help in planning for raw material
• Achieve order bookings as per the monthly budgeted targets.
• Plan sales visits and reporting.
• Update the management on complete details of competitors, markets and their strengths and weaknesses.
• Plan and review production activities and dispatch schedules to match with client requirements.
• Maintain harmonious relationship with the customers External and internal
• Establishing new market and new products.

Desired Profile (Man Specifications)

7+ years of experience in sales and marketing in corrugation/packaging/printing industry

Production Manager

Responsible for ensuring that the Facilities and Machinery in the Factory run to their maximum efficiency and output. The role includes achieving set targets for each machines, keeping the floor and machines neat and clean, making all production related documents, Reducing breakdowns, floor management and Cost reduction. People management will be a key responsibility.

Lead the Factory Production function, executing the plans given by the planner.

Responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of the plan

Increase Operational effectiveness, reduce down times on the machine, maintaining the quality parameters, Manage and execute improvement and cost reduction plans. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations

Establish SOPs, implement continuous improvement plans through training, good work practices and processes.

Desired Profile (Man Specifications)

Graduate Degree with 20 plus years experience in handling the production activities of large corrugation factory.

Willing To Relocate On Single Status

Extensive production, quality, exposure, Proven man manager

Extensive exposure to preprint activities, Multi-color flexo printing.
