 CNC Milling Operator

3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required. Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece Input control instruction into the machine. Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.

Required Candidate profile

Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.
Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones Make use of network links to ensure transmission of command from computer servers

2+ years experience

CNC Wirecut / EDM Operator

Exp in tool design & Manufacturing mold According to development planning Systematic planning of CNC Machining
Conventional Machine Wire cut And E.D.M Manipulation of conventional machine like Lathe, Milling,Tool & Cutter Grinder Surface Grinder etc.

Required Candidate profile

Responsible for the tool Development of parts as per customer requirement
2-3 year Experience in operating of Charmills or similar CNC EDM or sodick wire cut ITI or equivalent

Mould Designer

Experience in design of mould for engineering application
able to operate NX CAD software Handling Tool / Mould Design CNC/ injection Components. Tool part mfg, Tool Assembly, Tool trials, NPD, APQP Doc Exp of cost reduction
product re-design.

Required Candidate profile

6-8 years’ experience DME/PMD or equivalent 

Salary – 3500-4000 AED Per month

Plant Maintenance Engineer

Day to Day Maintenance of CNC machines of machine shop like: Conventional machines, CNC milling, EDM and wire EDMand other machines. Energy Management Project management. Maintaining the records and data of ISO documentation related to maintenance.

Required Candidate profile

4-5 year Experience Diploma/ degree in Mechanical/ electrical Engineering 

Salary – 3500-4000 AED Per month
