- Roles/Responsibilities
Provide primary and secondary day-to-day Infrastructure support for the designated applications and
their server environments
Provide support to resolve Incidents and follow-up with respective teams for resolution
Provide support on Problem Management
Provide support on production releases- reviews and deployments, post deployment support
Assist Treasury Team on Traders/Business BAU requests
Provide assistance to RTB and CTB teams on daily basis
Provide EOD support (Night/On-Call support) (Control-M - Monitoring Tool)
Assist Operations team (Monitoring Team -EOD)
Work with Vendor on CRM Cases, Fixes and Releases
Work with Internal Technical Support Teams viz DB, UNIX, etc. on Production side
Work on continuous improvement programs to to make production more smooth
Maintain and assist on DR servers and DR activities
Develop new methodsfor ease of support and system stability
