Job title: HR Payroll

Job Purpose:
This position will compile payroll information by managing payroll preparations; completing reports; Maintaining records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains payroll information by calculation and entering of data in the system.
- Prepares the payroll report by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and any other nontaxable wages.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, complaint and timely manner.
- Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly- end payroll reports.
- Advise on matters relating to staff salaries and wages.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ cumulative experience in a related field
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of Pay Master, SAP, HRIS or any other HR and accounting package.
- Must have Data entry management skills, Financial/Accounting skills, compensation and wage structure management.
- Ability to think at a strategic level.
- Ability to pursue high standards of excellence in line with agreed policies and procedures.
- Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Work independently or in a team environment.
