Hotel Operations Manager for Dubai

 Must have experience working as Operations Manager or Director of Sales in Five Star Property

• Responsible for handling overall operations of different departments Guest Service, Front Office, Reservations and Revenue, Housekeeping and Engineering
• Manage departments and build a good team ethos driven to achieve results
• Take daily updates from Guest service associates, Reservations Executives, Operations coordinator and ensure all departments are running smoothly
• Responsible for taking interviews
• Manage departments and build a good team ethos driven to achieve results
• Be able to work towards a budgeted EBITDA

Contribute to management meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience 10 to 15 years in hotel industry
• Must have experience in 5 star property
• Candidates having experience in managing a facilities management business or maintenance business with a hospitality back ground could also work
