Sales Head for Tanzania

 Roles and Responsibilities

The position would be responsible for,

  • Explore business development in East Africa.
  • Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
  • Commissioning of blending plant.
  • Ensure that the Branch network is properly monitored and targets are achieved
  • Advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures. Commercial transactions.
  • To promote the sales & marketing activity as well as fulfilling government formalities.
  • Close contact with various stake holders including NGO & Govt. agencies in entire East Africa.
  • Successfully conducted the feasibility study for grain trading.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should be minimum 15 yrs. experience in an Agro- inputs company dealing in sale of Fertilisers & Seed.

The candidate will able to operate independently and should be result oriented.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Agri Business with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.


Africa experience desirable.
