Roles and Responsibilities
The position would be responsible for,
- Explore business development in East Africa.
- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
- Commissioning of blending plant.
- Ensure that the Branch network is properly monitored and targets are achieved
- Advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures. Commercial transactions.
- To promote the sales & marketing activity as well as fulfilling government formalities.
- Close contact with various stake holders including NGO & Govt. agencies in entire East Africa.
- Successfully conducted the feasibility study for grain trading.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be minimum 15 yrs. experience in an Agro- inputs company dealing in sale of Fertilisers & Seed.
The candidate will able to operate independently and should be result oriented.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Agri Business with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Africa experience desirable.
