Procurement Manager / Purchase Manager for Africhahel Farmacia (SU) LDA, Angola

Africhahel Farmacia was established in 2016. We are dedicated to the distribution of hospital consumables, in addition to brand and generic medicines of the highest quality and reliability. The company boasts a significant presence in the health sector, and is regarded as a benchmark in the domestic market

Roles and Responsibilities

- To develop reliable and sustainable sources for procurement of assets and consumables.

- Develop Local vendors for emergency Requirement.

- Communication with Overseas suppliers i.e. India, China, Portugal

- Compare, negotiate and seek approval for placing order.

- Plan inventory holding and arrange placement of orders.

- Maintain data and information related to procurements, consumption trends, cost trends etc.

- Maintain data base of expiries, warranties etc. and ensure they are optimally used.

- Coordinate with all departments for their requirements.

-Overall ensure best cost buying

e. Sound understanding of IT systems and Process driven procurement to payment cycle.

Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate degree preferably in Commerce / Business Administration with adequate exposure to purchasing/procurement/sourcing

Required Skill Set

Experience in sourcing and negotiations.
