- A professionally experienced service desk technician with minimum of 7 years relevant working experience providing IT desktop support in a LAN environment.
- Experience on Cloud based video conferencing tools like MS Teams, WebEx, Interprefy.
- Excellent knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy management, and SCCM;
- Service desk technician should hold experience in delivering exceptional video conference and technology meeting conferences
- Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Windows 10, O365, Office 2016, AD, Group Policies, SCCM, MDM (VMWare Airwatch), RSA, Email Encryption, Mobile Devices, Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and NetScaler Gateway for VPN.
