Requirement:

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical discipline (e.g., finance, accounting, mathematics)
• 2 - 4 years of work experience
• Stellar problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, internal and external stakeholders

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Highly curious, self-motivated, collaborative, reliable, detailed and meticulous

Role and Responsibilities:
• Maximize impact on finance strategy, investor relations, shareholder value creation
• Understand investor thesis, attract and retain top quality investors by prepping for roadshows, investor conferences and other events
• Ensure top class investor communication
• Track industry as well as peer performances and benchmark with best-in-class companies
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
• Create supporting financial materials for business initiatives, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, and strategic plans
