Country Manager for Mega Lifesciences, Guatemala

Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Country Manager based at Guatemala, to work closely with Managing Director - Latin America in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.  



Job Summary

As a Country Manager, your key tasks are as below:

1. Launching Mega brands in Guatemala by finding suitable partners

2. Recruiting, Coaching and leading the sales and marketing team  

3. Responsible for the P&L of the Country Business unit  

4. Exploring opportunities for Mega in other Central American countries in   

     registering Mega products


Qualification & Experience


Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Incumbent must be Indian national.
  • Bachelors Degree in Science/Pharmacy and MBA or any related field
  • At least 15 years including.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience as Sales or Marketing Head
  • 3 to 5 years as Country Head.
  • Exposure to P&L responsibility for a division/portfolio
  • Professional use of MS office
  • Understanding cultural aspects, market diversification & strategic adaptability.

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of managing P&L of any country as Business Unit Head or Country Manager, working knowledge of Central American countries & fluency in Spanish language is a must. Good in understanding Business dynamics, People skills & Negotiation skills.
