Candidate Requirements:

Education Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in rooftop solar plant installation, configuring, and maintaining panels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate is responsible for solar plant installation, erection & commissioning, maintenance, and testing.
• Candidate must have to hand local technician team and reporting day by day work and job status to management.
• Candidates have the ability to guide & plan local teams for day-by-day work and provide training for local teams.
• The candidate should have to update spare parts another requirement for the management team.
• Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Installing and maintaining panels on the roof of a residential home or corporate office.
• Candidates have to lift heavy materials, climb ladders and move about on roofs.
• The candidate should have knowledge of staying up to date on local, state, and federal codes to install and maintain panels according to regulations.
• Candidates have the ability to read blueprints and schematics to place panels correctly.
• Candidates have good knowledge of cutting, fitting, and connecting multiple panels and choosing and configuring setup locations.
