  • Responsible for Sales of Post Harvesting Processing Machineries, Rice Milling Plants & loose Equipment, Colour Sorter , Grain storage Silo & its Material Handling Equipment
  • To ensure market access direct as well as through Channel Partner
  • Develop Sales to achieve / exceed monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales target and increase market share.
  • Identify and develop new customers & Promote products/services to them.
  • Make an effective approach, Presentation & Proposal to the clients.
  • Implement and follow the company's strategies, values and decisions within the territory.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the organization (e.g., business opportunities, legislation, competition, product development)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in selling of Capital goods /equipment and machinery in Overseas market (Preferably SAARC countries)
  • Ability to understand the product designs and technically convince the customers.
  • Should be a dynamic, committed, transparent and open – self driven and should have strategic thinking abilities, proficiency in English.
  • Should be able to develop new business and manage existing customers as well as establish and maintain cordial relations with existing and new customers.
  • Must have an exposure in liaison with all Local Government offices & Public Sectors, Consultant, etc.
  • Should be working in an organized environment and able to follow systems and same time create new process to meet the changing needs of the marketplace.
  • Willing to travel extensively as per scheduled business plans.
  • Should have International Incoterm Knowledge.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations
